Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. ToneAnchor does not request your name, email address, contacts, location, or any other personal identifiers. There is no account system, cloud sync, or third-party analytics SDK in the app.
On-device data handling
Any preferences you configure remain on your device. Removing the app deletes those settings automatically. ToneAnchor has no remote servers that can access your content.
Payments and the App Store
All downloads and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment information. Apple may share aggregated and anonymous sales metrics so we can evaluate product performance.
Diagnostics and crash reports
If you opt in to share diagnostics with developers via your Apple device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports. These reports do not contain information that directly identifies you. Refer to Apple’s privacy policy for more detail.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because ToneAnchor does not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to provide or remove. Contact us if you have questions or requests and we will respond within 7 days.
Data retention
ToneAnchor does not retain personal data on our servers. On-device preferences stay only on your hardware for as long as the app remains installed. Any optional diagnostic reports that Apple shares are automatically deleted once the related issue has been resolved.
Updates to this policy
We may update this document to reflect new features, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, if changes are material, communicate them within the app.
